Katharina Jones, 90, of Severna Park Maryland passed away on October 24 ^th at A & E Homecare, in Glen Burnie, Maryland.

She was born January 1, 1929 in Momlingen, Germany.  She was the daughter of the late Erna Melitta and Adam Voelker.  She met her beloved husband of 57 years, the late Gordon Jones, in Ludwigsburg, Germany, where he was stationed for the US Army.  She moved to the United States with her husband, Gordon Jones, to raise her family.

She is survived by her four sons, Toni Gordon Jones of Ellicott City Maryland, Thomas & Lori Jones of Fullerton California, George and Donna Jones of Chester Maryland, Michael Jones of Severna Park Maryland; grandchildren, Jeanne Martin, G Adam & Shawna Jones, Tina & Jeffrey Jones, Bradley & Candace Jones, Sean & Jennifer Jones, Andrew and Lauren Jones, Stephanie Jones, Becky Jones, and great-grandchildren, Falon Williams, Claire Jones, Alexandria Martin, Braden Jones, Callan Jones, Tiffany Jones, Riley Jones, Zachary Hirnickel and Elaina Jones.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146. A graveside service will be held the following day at Monday, October 28, 2019 at 10:00 am at Maryland Veterans Cemetery Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville, MD 21032.
