Judy Marie Stivers passed away at home on June 11, 2019. She is survived by, her husband of 53 years, Richard T. Stivers, Sr.; daughter Marie Bialousz and son-in-law Scott Bialousz; son Richard Stivers, Jr and daughter-in-law Maddie Gagnier; daughter Tammy Curtis and son-in-law David Curtis; 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She is also survived by her sister, Dale Zick; sister Debbie Webb, and sister Cathy Cox. Judy was preceded in death by her brother, Glenn Phillips.

Judy was born in Portsmouth, VA and lived for many years in Severna Park, MD where she met her husband, Rick and graduated from Severna Park High School.  She lived in Annapolis where she loved to paint, attend craft classes, win at BINGO, and listen to country music (especially Kenny Chesney). She loved her Yorkie, Kenny that she named after him as well as her second Yorkie, Benny.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A. The burial will be held at Maryland Veterans Cemetery Crownsville at 10:45 am on Friday, June 21, 2019. For those who wish to attend the burial, attendees will be meeting at the funeral home at 10:00 am on Friday, June 21, 2019 to proceed over to the cemetery.
