Judy M. Falanga, 63, passed away 3/9/2019, in her home in Millersville, MD. She had battled a long illness with courage, and her death was sudden and unexpected.

Judy was born to Frank and Margaret Falanga, Feb 11, 1956, in Middletown, New York. She graduated from Barnstable High School and received a BA in Elementary Education from SUNY New Paltz.

Judy was married to Gregory H. Stark on March 10, 1984. She is survived by her loving husband, her twin daughters: Rachel Stark, of Millersville; and Sarah Stark, of Annapolis Junction, and her loyal canine friend, Ralph.

Aside from a short stint in the classroom, Judy spent most of her professional life in proud service to the Department of Defense. Her passions included traveling, collecting antiques, cooking, and gardening. Judy was a devoted wife and mother, and a fierce friend to all who knew her well. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146. Memorial contributions may be made to the Friends of the National Arboretum at the following link:
