In Loving Memory of Judith Stout

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Judith Ann Stout over to the care of the Lord.  Judy was 84 years old.  She lived in Severna Park, Maryland for the last ten years and Dundalk, Maryland prior to that. She was a remarkable woman whose positive attitude and selfless spirit touched the lives of many.

Throughout her life, Judy radiated positivity, always seeing the silver lining in every situation. Her unwavering optimism was a source of inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Whether facing challenges or celebrating joyous moments, she carried herself with grace and a warm smile that could light up any room.

One of Judy's most admirable qualities was her boundless desire to help those around her. She selflessly extended her hand to anyone in need, offering a listening ear, a helping hand, and a heart full of empathy. Her acts of kindness were a testament to her character and left a lasting mark on the lives she touched.

Beyond her kindness, Judy was a true friend, confidante, and a cherished member of her family. Her love knew no bounds, and her presence brought comfort and joy to those fortunate enough to call her family and friends.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Cathryn and Frederick Niemeyer, her husband Larry Stout, and her son Jeffrey Stout.  She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Frederick and Deana Stout and her grandchildren Connor and Taylor Stout, all of Severna Park.  Judy is also survived by her sister in law Mary Sue Ellendt, as well as many other loving family and friends.

A funeral service for Judith will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 2pm in Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Highway, Severna Park, MD 21146.

Interment will be held privately in Dulaney Valley  Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Susan G. Komen Foundation .
