Joyce Bernadette Fisher Hills, 69, of Stevensville, Maryland, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, March 26th in Easton, Maryland. She was the beloved daughter of Zourie H.W. Clark, Bernard "Bud" W. Fisher, and step-father Richard S. Clark. She was the devoted mother to twin daughters, Kimberly L. Hills Carpenter and the late Meghan L. Hills. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Hills Carpenter, her daughter's husband, Eric, and her cherished grandson, Aidan who was her pride and joy. She is also survived by her ex-husband, Michael Hills, her siblings and their families, Bonnie Fisher, Anne and William Devaney, Richard and Gloria Clark, Mark Clark, as well as a number of treasured nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. She also had countless, friends, co-workers, and neighbors with whom she shared immeasurable bonds.

Friends may visit on Thursday March 31, 2016 from 4-7:00pm in the Barranco & Sons,P.A Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Friday April 1, 2016 at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Lorraine Park Cemetery.
