Joyce Rae Fabro passed away peacefully on Friday, May 26, 2023 at her home. She was born on November 23, 1940, in Baltimore, MD and in 1959, she graduated from Eastern High School. Her fondest memories include spending summers on her uncle's farm and becoming a grandmother and great grandmother.

Joyce is preceded in death by her first husband Norman Ray Lilly Sr., parents Raymond and Velma Lloyd, and her son Norman Ray Lilly Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Bernard P Fabro Jr.; daughter-in law Lisa Mazzone Lilly and three grandchildren, Rachel (Jake) of Pasadena MD, Russell of Boston, and Brian of Boston; along with one great grandchild Lilly Leah Sanner of Pasadena, MD.


Burial and services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to Hospice of the Chesapeake
