After experiencing a fall with stroke, Joe Feldmann of Arnold, MD is in God's care, joining his first wife, Joan, and his second wife, Jean.

Joe was born in Baltimore; grew up in Rodgers Forge; graduated Calvert Hall College High School, class of '54. As a young man he loved photography and road rallies with his car club. He was also very proud of his service in the National Guard with his brother; they were in the 29th Division, 175 ^th Infantry based at the 5 ^th Regiment Armory.

Joe and Joan started a family in Baltimore. While on summer vacation with their young children he visited a lifelong friend and decided to move to Cape St Claire. He retired from the C&P Telephone Co (now Verizon) and remained a member of the Telephone Pioneers and Communications Workers of America. Joan passed suddenly in 1988, and Jean was one of the many people that supported Joe through that difficult period. They were married in 1991. A member of St Andrew by the Bay, Joe and Jean were active as outreach volunteers, as well as community support groups at various churches in the area. Joe is survived by his sister, brother and sister-in-law, 4 children, 4 step-children, 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews & extended family members.

A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Monday May 21, 2018 at 11:00A.M. In the St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church 701 College Pkwy, Annapolis, MD 21409.  Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. A celebration of Joe's life will be held that evening at Asbury Methodist Church from 7:00PM-9:00PM.
