John P. Muller, Jr., born October 6 th , 1948 to John P. Muller, Sr. and Alice Grace Keim in Baltimore, passed away on February 27, 2019.
John attended Mervo High School before enlisting in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. During the war he was stationed in Giessen Germany. After leaving the U.S. Army he became a professional drummer and played in many different bands touring around the states. Some of his bands included Proxy, Lemon Lime, and Sweet Charity. John lived in Ft. Lauderdale, FL before moving back to Maryland to continue working in sales in the semi-conductor business for 25 years for such companies as Arrow Electronic, Hallmark Electronics, and Nu-Horizons Electronics. John enjoyed his retirement spending time with his family and his many hobbies. John was Redskins and Orioles fan, enjoyed fishing, and listening to music, especially The Beatles and Rod Stewart.
John was the youngest of four and is preceded in death by his brother Thomas Muller and his two sisters Arlene (Muller) Bordenski and Elizabeth (Muller) Totty.
John is survived by his three loving daughters Heidi (Muller) Peters of Felton, DE, Erika Muller of Baltimore, MD, and Sarah Muller, of Arnold, MD. John is survived by his four cherished grandchildren Madison Peters, Brooke Peters, Summer Peters, and Landon Matheson. John is also survived by Wendy (Bodsky) Preslan whom he was married to for 20 years and continued to have a great loving relationship after their separation.
Family and friends may gather on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 2-4pm & 6-8pm in the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 10am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
