John Henry Lapinski, of Severna Park, passed away on November 25, 2022 at his home at Spring Arbor. He was born to Henry and Josephine Lapinski in Baltimore City on April 4, 1942 and was raised in Essex, MD. He attended trade school for carpentry and worked in various high rise buildings for Blake Construction, Andrew's Air Force Base and the State of Maryland. He joined the Air Force in 1964, and completed his service in 1966. John loved gardening and playing golf. He enjoyed history and spending time on his computer, but most of all, enjoyed spending time with his adored grandchildren.

John was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 54 years, Irene Lapinski; his daughter, Kathy Lapinski; and his brother Michael Lapinski. He is survived by his children; Suzanne Davis, and Cindy (Scott) Seyfferth; his grandchildren; Lauren Seyfferth and Ashley Davis; his sister Shirley (Jerry) Walters; his nephews; Robert, Michael and Mark (Judy) Lapinski; his niece Jacqueline (Chris) Quigley; as well as his great nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday. December 9, 2022 at 10:30am at St. John Neumann Church, 620 N. Bestgate Road, Annapolis, MD, 21401. We will meet at the cemetery following the service at 12:30pm the Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, 7401 German Hill Road, Dundalk, MD, 21222.
