John "Jack" Ernest Heisner, Jr., 84, of Arnold, MD passed away on August 16, 2023 at Union Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 31, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to the late John Ernest Heisner, Sr. and Winifred Byrne. Jack was raised in Baltimore, MD and lived there until he moved to Indiana. He spent 5 years living in Indiana and would decided to move back to Maryland and settled in Arnold, MD where he lived with his wife, Ginny and raised their two daughters, Teresa and Elizabeth.

Jack earned his bachelor's degree from Loyola University and began a long and successful career in the banking industry retiring as an executive. He spent 10 years in the ROTC, supported many police charities and The Red Cross, he also served as a coach for his daughters' softball teams. In his spare time Jack enjoyed sports, especially The Orioles, golfing, boating, and keeping up with current events.

Jack is preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Virginia Heisner; his two daughters, Teresa Robins and Elizabeth Ellis.

He is survived by his sister, Mary Heisner of Nottingham, MD; his grandson, Stephen J. Lutz of Mary Esther, FL; his great grandson, Brayden J. Lutz of Mary Esther FL; and his son-in-law, Johnny Robins of Glen Burnie, MD.
