John Clark Easley of Charles Village in Baltimore died on August 18, 2014. He was 53.

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, he lived part of his youth in Houston, Texas and Denver, Colorado before returning to his native Baltimore.

John graduated from RETS Electronic School in 1981 receiving a certification in Electronic Engineering and worked at Westinghouse as an electronic technician. In 1992, he graduated from Essex Community College with an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science, making the Dean's List of Highest Honors. In 1995, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics. He was the recipient of the Mary Hudson Scarborough Award for Excellence in Computer Science.

John was an avid craftsman and had an appreciation of the arts. He enjoyed painting, music, computer animation, writing poetry, and reading the classics. He liked to travel.

John was predeceased by his parents, James William Easley and Sarah Ann Wills (Jackson), and loving brother, David A. Easley. John is survived by his beloved Tracy Anne Piazza with whom he shared his life; loving sisters: Sarah Dougherty (Charles) of Hartfield, VA; Carol Tribull (Kevin) of Cape St. Clare, MD; Debbie Jackson of Lakewood, CA; and Sharon Collins (Dan) of Taneytown, MD; nieces: Maureen, Trisha, and Alyssa; and nephews: Chris, Nicholas, Zachary, Matthew, and Robert; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Memorial gathering will be held at the Barranco Funeral Home in Severna Park on Saturday, October 25, 2014 between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The Memorial Service will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
