John Mario DeMichiei, Jr., 29, a resident of Severna Park, MD, died on October 23, 2008, at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.

Johnny was born on February 24, 1979 in Fairfax, Virginia. He was a graduate of Peters Township High School and played ice hockey for them. He attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, where he majored in Finance/ Accounting and worked as a mortgage sales broker in Annapolis, MD. Johnny loved the outdoors and excelled in hunting, fishing, and skiing.

He is survived by his loving parents, Mary Linda DeMichiei and John Mario DeMichiei Sr. of Severna Park; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth DeMichiei Grimm and Katherine Ann DeMichiei, both of Severna Park, MD; and grandparents, Elizabeth "Betty" Zimmers and Richard Zimmers of Pittsburgh, PA.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Merle and Anna DeMichiei.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, October 27 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, MD.
Interment will be in Plum Creek Cemetery in Pittsburgh, PA.
Arrangements have been made by Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home.
Services in Pittsburgh will be handled by the Steven Dolence Funeral Home.
