John Joseph Bryant, born 11/07/1918 in Fleming, Kentucky, died at Anne Arundel Medical Center of respiratory failure.
Predeceased in death by parents, Jane Duke Bryant and Amos Greene Bryant, two sisters, Marie Rice and Hope Glover, two brothers, Glenn and Clifford Bryant.
Served in WWII Technical Sergeant in Air Force, in New Guinea.
In charge of communications. Wounded.
Graduated from RCA Institute of Technology and Engineering where he attended under G.I. Bill.
Employed by Sperry Gyroscope of Long Island, N.Y. and later joined Litton Industries in Greenbelt, Maryland.
Survived by his wife of 46 years, Antoinette D. Bryant, son John Anthony Bryant Sr. of Sykesville, MD, daughter in law, Karen F. Bryant, 3 grandchildren, John Anthony Jr., Danielle Nicole, Kyle Scott. Also survived by sister in law, RoseMarie Serignese and brother in law, Joseph Serignese, of Long Island, NY, Edna Bryant of Alabama and many devoted nieces and nephews.
His interests included duck carving, cabinetry, photography.
Interment at Crownsville Veterans Cemetery. Services will be private.
