Kristi (nee Gardner) Williams, 54, of Severna Park, MD went home to the Lord on January 18th after a courageous and dignified battle with MS.

Kristi was born in Hagerstown, Maryland, the daughter of Joan and Ronald Gardner and spent most of her early life in Newark, DE. She was a graduate of Newark, DE High School and the University of Delaware.

Kristi devoted her life to not only her own children but also to other children. She taught pre-school at the Heritage Learning Center for many years. Kristi also volunteered and contributed greatly to the success of the early years of the Annapolis Swim Club. Kristi took on the responsibility to be the Meet Coordinator for all home meets and along with countless volunteers helped ensure the swim meets ran smoothly for the chilren, and the club was a financial success.

Kristi is survived by her two daughters, Stephanie J. Williams and Megan N. Williams along with her husband Bradley S. Williams, her parents Joan S. Gardner and Ronald L. Gardner along with Brad's parents, Virginia S. Williams and Robert B. Williams.

Relatives and friends may visit on Saturday January 26, 2013 from 1-3:00pm at the Barranco & Sons,P.A Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Highway Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday at 3:00pm.

Interment will be private.
