Joan "Joni" Francis Mann, 64, of Severna Park died suddenly on Monday, November 27, 2017.

The former Joan Francis Randle, daughter of the late Harry and Elizabeth (Groves) Randle was born on June 9, 1953 in Baltimore. A graduate of Severna Park High School and longtime resident of the Annapolis area, she was preceded by her late husband, Clarence "Tex" Mann, who passed away on June 24, 2017.

Joni is survived by her sisters, Jean (Ed) Reilly and Patricia (Jim) Axtell; and brother, Timothy Randle. She is also survived by her three children, Michael and wife Shannon McSpadden, Stephanie Edge, and Joseph and wife Aliesha Mann. She also leaves behind her 3 beloved grandchildren, Alison, Connor, and Noah.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway, in Severna Park. Interment will be private.
