Joan Lorraine Dugas, 79, a resident of Severna Park for over 40 years, died on Monday, November 22nd at the Washington Hospital Center. Joan is originally from Iron Mountain, Michigan, and is a retired nurse from the Anne Arundel Medical Center. She is survived by her son Christopher of Manchester, Maryland and two wonderful grandchildren Ryan and Elise. Joan would have been 80 years old on Thanksgiving day. There will be a mass at the St. Johns Catholic Church on Ritchie highway in Severna Park on Thursday, Dec. 2nd at 11am. All who knew Joan are welcome to attend. She will be deeply missed by family and friends.
