Jesse Davis passed away on August 20, 2024 from complications during surgery.

Jesse was born on September 26, 1975 to Jesse and Mary Davis in San Diego, CA. He grew up in San Diego, and after high school Jesse enlisted to serve in the U.S. Army. Jesse was in the 3rd US Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and the 11 Bravo Infantrymen. He was air assault qualified and a straight leg S.A.W. gunner. Following his service Jesse became a police officer in Prince George's county, Maryland. Jesse dedicated his life to serving and protecting others. His laughter, humor, empathy and love for life made him so special to be around.

He is survived by his brothers Michael Davis (Mandy and nephews Tyson and Brody) of Corona, CA: Stephen Davis (Dacie and nephew Leonidas) of Arizona; Chris Davis of Arkansas; stepsons Justin and Brandon; uncle Michael Estes of San Diego, CA; uncle Clifford Davis of San Diego, CA; aunt Cynthia Davis of CA; stepdad Michael Edwards of Hemet, CA; dad Jesse Davis of Arizona; girlfriend Rebecca Schwobel of Ellicott City, MD; and many friends.

Family and friends may visit on Sunday September 8, 2024 from 4-7 pm at Barranco Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy Severna Park MD, 21146. A funeral service will be held the following day, Monday September 9, 2024 at 11:30 am at Barranco Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd Crownsville MD, 21146.
