Jerry Edward Garrell, a longtime resident of Severna Park, passed away on January 26, 2021. He was born on April 7, 1948 to Edward and Christine Garrell and was raised in Pasadena. He attended Glen Burnie High School, then went on to the University of Maryland to receive his Bachelor's Degree. Jerry worked as a Federal Agent at the NSA, where he worked for 37 years. He was a mason and enjoyed boating, motor homing and fishing.

He is survived by his loving wife, Doris A. Garrell; his children, Angela Doron of Belcamp, MD, Wanda Barth of Sparrow's Point, MD, and Linda Shiflett of Pasadena, MD; his siblings, Janice Goodwin of Stevensville, MD, Randall Garrell of Harrisburg, NC, and Susan Scheider of Fletcher, NC; as well as 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
