Jennifer A. Soverns, 40, a resident of Severna Park died on December 12, 2011 at Mandrin Chesapeake Hospice House in Harwood.
She was born on July 14, 1971 in New Jersey, where she was raised until she was 12, then moved to Linthicum Heights, MD, graduating from Andover High School, Frostburg State University and the University of Maryland College Park.
Jennifer worked as a social worker for High Road School of Anne Arundel County.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Terrana.
She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Richard Soverns of Severna Park; two children, Kathryn Soverns of and Michael Soverns, both of Severna Park; mother, Jeanne Terrana of Severna Park; and sister, Joyce Cox of West Virginia.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, 300 West Maple Road, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090. Interment will be private. Arrangements made by Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home.
