Jeffrey Lawrence Clement of Severna Park, died on October 12, 2013 at Sunrise Assisted Living in Severna Park.

Jeff was born on September 17, 1947 in Sunbury, PA to his parents Dave and Edie Clement. He was raised in Seneca Falls, NY and St. Davids, PA. He moved to Severna Park in 1969 he also had resided in Seattle and Baltimore. Jeff married Emily Gillespie Clement on August 18, 1984.

He graduated with a degree in Medieval History and Economics from the University of Maryland in College Park. He worked with his family at Clement Hardware in Severna Park and became co-owner with his brother Gordon Clement. Jeff enjoyed architecture, building, history, woodworking and music.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Emily G. Clement of Severna Park, his children, Rachel Clement of Washington, DC, Becca Clement of Baltimore and Olivia and Gabe Clement of Severna Park. He is also survived by his sister, Helen Clement of Amenia, NY and his brothers, Chase Clement (Joan) of Takoma Park, MD, Wade Clement of Northampton, MA and Gordon Clement (Tracy) of Severna Park.

A Memorial Visitation will be held at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 16, from 4-7 p.m. Memorial Services will be held at Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church on Thursday, October 17, at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake or to the Alzheimer's Association.
