Jean Marie Johnson, age 90, passed away peacefully on Saturday July 7, 2018 after a brief illness.

Jean grew up in Los Angeles California which she greatly enjoyed. As her late husband Theodore was a Commander in the U.S. Navy, she spent many happy years travelling Europe and Asia. Her passion was art and she cherished this wonderful experience to explore numerous interesting sites and museums.  Moving back to the U.S. allowed her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Art from Towson University.

Survivors include her daughter Janine Leffert and her husband James. She is also survived by her brother Jack Tinger, his wife Alice their children and grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

Jean requested an intimate gathering and burial not far from her home. The family wishes to extend their warmest gratitude and thanks to the many individuals who cared for her during her last days.
