On November 3, 2012, loved ones and family said goodbye to Janice L Cook of Severna Park, MD. She passed away peacefully with a smile on her face knowing that she was loved by many and was going to a better place. She was "Mom", "Momma", and a friend that everyone, and friends would love to have.

She will be remembered and missed by her mother, Iva M. Lingenfelter; her brother; Richard Lingenfelter, her daughter, Charee Van Tol, and her family; her son, Curtis, and his family.

In addition to being the best mom, the most devoted wife, spouse, and partner, she leaves behind her husband and best friend of 48 years, Clarence A Cook.

For all us who knew and loved Jan, we know that "she knows" that our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family and she can rest in peace.


A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday November 7, 2012 at 11:00am in the Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church 611 B & A Blvd. Severna Park, MD 21146.
