Janice Lee Busch, 69, of Severna Park, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2024, in the comfort of her own home.

Janice was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 9, 1955, to Carleen and Robert Steudl and was raised in Ferndale and Glen Bernie. She graduated from Glen Bernie High School and would later go on to attend Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Janice would then become a Certified Medical Assistant at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians.

Some of her hobbies included tending to her garden, bird watching, going to the beach, lounging by the pool, and spending time with her pets.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Charles L. Busch, Jr; sons Bryan Thomas (Virginia) of Sherman, TX, Kevin Thomas (Stephanie) of Chestertown, MD, and Sean Thomas (Malorie) of Severna Park, MD; grandchildren, Ethan, Paxton, Kellan, Shae, Aria, Miles. Janice is also survived by her sister, Carol Stromberg (George) of Pasadena, MD.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 2 pm to 4 pm & 6 pm to 8 pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 11 am in the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Loudon Park Cemetery, 3620 Wilkens Ave, Baltimore, MD 21229
