Janella S. Hendricks (nee Whitt), 69, a resident of Arnold, MD, died on September 21, 2008, at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, after a lengthy illness to cancer.
She was born on March 13, 1939 in Grundy, VA and was raised in Arnold, MD.
Mrs. Hendricks worked as a real estate agent with a number of local agencies throughout Anne Arundel County for over thirty years. She retired in 2001, due to illness.
She enjoyed hard crabbing, nature and feeding and watching birds.
Survivors include her husband Edward S. Hendricks of Arnold, MD; two daughters, Darlene Wagner of Arnold, MD and Stacey Manis of Annapolis, MD; two sons, Stephen Hendricks of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Scott Hendricks of Annapolis, MD; one sister, Linda Whitt of Ohio; and six grandchildren.
Services and interment will be private.
Arrangements have been made by the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home.
