James Christopher Travers, 32, of Arnold, MD died suddenly on June 12, 2012.

Jim was born on November 2, 1979 in Baltimore, MD and was raised in Millersville. He was a graduate of Severna Park High School and was employed with Koons Ford of Annapolis for many years. Currently, James was the Assistant Manager for the Eisenhower Golf Course in Crownsville, MD. He enjoyed golfing, jet skiing, and playing poker. He was an avid Giants Football fan.

James is the loving son of Wayne L. and Susan L. Travers of Arnold; the dear brother of Steve Travers of Ellicott City, MD and the late Todd Rottman; dear brother-in-law of Heather Travers; the cherished grandson of Catherine Travers and the late Mary and James Bromwell; the dear nephew of Lelia Bromwell, Donald Coolahan, and the late Patricia Coolahan; beloved uncle of Alec & Kyle Travers; and dear cousin of Lynne, Leigh Ann, Dianna, and Dave.

Friends may visit on Friday, June 15th from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 am with the interment to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Brooklyn.
