James E. Lambert
James E. "Jim" Lambert, 62, a resident of Florida, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2008, of respiratory failure, with his wife Grace, his children and grandchildren at his side.
Through the Berkley Group and DEL Marketing, Jim oversaw the marketing at Massanutten Resort, Wilderness/Presidential Resort, Williamsburg Plantation, and Lake Monticello, in addition to numerous Florida Resorts. He and Dice Hammer were founding developers of Massanutten, Wilderness/ Presidential and Williamsburg Plantation.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held for Jim at the Boca Raton Resort and Club, 501 East Camino Real, Boca Raton, FL 33432, 561 447-3000, on Thursday, June 26, 2008. Anyone wishing to pay respects is invited between 6 and 9 p.m.
The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jim be made to Weinberg ICU, John Hopkins Hospital, Weinberg 3A, 401 North Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231, (410) 955-8822.
