October 31, 1929 – March 19, 2022
He was born on October 31, 1929 in Great Bend, PA, grew up in Binghamton, NY, and previously lived in Ithaca, NY and Utica, NY.
Jim was a commercial pilot with US Airways and was a member of AOPA.
After he retired, Jim built three airplanes (Christian Eagle, Piper, JV8) which he flew over the Eastern Shore. He also had a passion for aerobatic flying. Later, Jim rebuilt a classic sports car to use when he was grounded.
One of the greatest enjoyments of his life was the time he spent with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Judy Brick, three sons and daughters-in-law, David Brick (Cheryl) of Fort Collins, CO, Tom Brick (Julie) of Arnold, MD, and Bob Brick of Arnold, MD; four grandchildren, and his sister Jeanette Knauf of Wilmington,DE.
