On the morning of Monday, August 30th, 2021, Jack Frost Davis Jr of Culpepper, Virginia passed peacefully in his home in Arnold, Maryland while surrounded by loved ones. He was born January 11th, 1933 to Willie O'Toole and Jack Frost Davis Sr. Jack has always been a family man at his core. As a child, he removed himself from school to aid his family financially. Years later, at age 18, he joined the United States Army, and served his country in the Korean War. He was an amazing man who founded his life on family, bold kindness, honesty, and always a little humor.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Catherine Davis, his son Jack Frost Davis III, and his two sisters Sis and Thelma.

He is survived in Death by his second wife Georgia Liakos-Davis; his daughter Sandra C Balk; his stepchildren: Maria Gregory, Karena Liakos, Diana Liakos, Tara Hines, Rick Riccitelli , Ron Riccitelli; his grandchildren: Jennifer C Wallace, Wendy Riccitelli, Vicki Riccitelli, Stephanie M Balk, Ron Jr Riccitelli, Kimberly Riccitelli, Michelle T Balk, William C Balk IV, "step grandchildren": Dakota Hines, Zion Hines, Zoe Hines, Seth Gregory and Megan Gregory; his great grandchildren: Dominic Riccitelli, Devin Riccitelli, Kristina L Wallace, Robert J Swain Jr, Kaylee Kling, Hunter Riccitelli, Gabriel Riccitelli, Brandon M Swain, Katrina M Abbott, Dylan T Missimer, Shaun W MacCartney, Tre Riccitelli, Ryland Riccitelli, and Andrew T Swain.

It is important to remember Jack(Pop) the way he would want to be remembered: full of life, love, and laughter. He was a gentle, kind man with a wonderful sense of humor, and was especially loved by children and animals. His wife Georgia often called him her Big Teddy Bear. He was also very strong and brave as he struggled through some traumatic memories of his time in the Korean War. He loved Bluegrass music, Western movies and shows, sports, and cooking- which he was great at doing.

Jack was a Godly, faith filled man who remained positive and encouraging; he often told his family "Everything's gonna be alright" during stressful times.

He was a father and father figure to many. He leaves behind many treasured memories for his loved ones, and will be greatly missed by so many people.

There will be a graveside chapel service with military honors on Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 at 2:30pm at The Maryland Veterans Cemetery Crownsville, 1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032.
