Iris Emily O'Neil, 85, a resident of Pasadena, MD, died on June 25, 2009 at Heart Homes in Pasadena, due to natural causes.
She was born on August 31, 1923 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Elsie and William O'Neil. She was raised in Baltimore and lived in Pasadena, MD and Glen Burnie, MD.
Miss O'Neil retired as a machinist at the Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company on Wilkins Avenue in Baltimore and worked in the Brush Factory Division during the early 1980's.
She enjoyed ceramic making and needlepoint. She was very family oriented and loved spending time with her niece Linda Reed of Pasadena, MD, her great nephew, Justin Reed and great great niece, Makenna Reed.
Family & friends may visit on Tuesday, June 30 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Gov. Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park, MD.
A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 1 at 10 AM. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie, MD.
