Hugh Noel Wilson passed away on March 14, 2024.

He was born on June 10, 1943, to George and Millicent Wilson in India. He was raised in Lucknow, UP, India and he moved to Baltimore, MD where he earned his bachelor's degree in architecture and worked as an architect and kitchen designer. He married Rita Dhar on July 24, 1991. He enjoyed music, singing and gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Rita Dhar of Severn, MD.

his three granddaughters Miriana Parmenter, Georgina Parmenter and Emilia Parmenter. of U.K.

his son Rakesh George Wilson of Baltimore, MD.

his nieces Rita Francis, Jennifer J Wilson, Vinita Talwar of India,

and Josephine Robertson, her husband Robert of Singapore.

his nephews Vinod Wilson, Julius Wilson, Naveen Wilson, Vinay Goyal of India.

A Memorial service for Hugh will be held on Saturday March 23, 2024, at 2:00pm at Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Rd, Severna Park, MD 21146.
