Henry Richard Shinaberry, 62, a resident of Millersville, died on January 22, 2013 at his home.

He was born on March 29, 1950 in Marlinton, WV, where he was raised. Henry served in the U.S. Army from 1971-73, then graduated from West Virginia University in 1976. He moved to Anne Arundel County in January of 1977.
Henry worked as a Real Estate Broker, Land Developer and Builder.

He enjoyed gardening, doing yard work, cutting grass and blowing leaves. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Ravens, and of all West Virginia sports.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Victoria "Vicki" Shinaberry of Millersville; one son, Cameron Shinaberry (Sarah) of Severna Park; one daughter, Brooke Shinaberry of Park City, Utah; one brother, Keith Shinaberry of Marlinton, WV; two sisters, Sharon Shinaberry of Marlinton, WV and Mae Shinaberry of Connecticut; and one grandson, Cole Shinaberry.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Severna Park United Methodist Church, 731 Benfield Road, Severna Park, MD 21146.
Arrangements made by Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
