Our loving mother Grace Macey went home to be with her Lord, September 13, 2009.
She passed away at the Crofton Convalescent Center in Crofton, MD.

Born and raised in Johnson City, TN, she came to Earleigh Heights Community during the 1930's and continued living in Severna Park until she entered the Crofton Convalescent Center in May 2009.

Grace was a homemaker and loved her family deeply, flowers, birds, cats and adored children of all ages. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching Soap Operas and The Price is Right.

She was preceded in death by her late husband, Albert George Macey, Jr, who died in 1978 and she was preceded in death by her two sons, Robert L. Macey and Michael R. Macey.

She is survived by her daughter, Debra Ann Magnuson of Millersville, MD; three sons, James Macey of Severna Park, MD, McArthur Macey of Severna Park, MD, and Teddy Macey of Pasadena, MD; twelve grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Gov. Ritchie Hwy in Severna Park. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 10 AM at Granite Baptist Church, 7823 Oakwood Road in Glen Burnie, MD. Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.
