A longtime member of Old South Country Club, Gib was recently named "King Geezer" by his golfing buddies. He and Joan traveled extensively and felt privileged to play at courses such as St. Andrews, Augusta National Golf Club and Pebble Beach. Throughout his life his Catholic Faith was very important to him. He was a devoted member of St. Andrew by the Bay. However, Gib's #1 interest in life was his 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He never missed a school or sporting event.
