Georgeanna K. "Nan" Mainhart, 80, of Harundale died at her home of heart failure on May 29, 2009

She was born Georgeanna P. Kerr on May 22, 1929 in Randallstown to Georgia and Howard W. Kerr, Sr., and was raised in Randallstown. She has been a resident of Harundale since 1960.

She was married to John Robert Mainhart, who died in 1966. Mrs. Mainhart had worked for many years as a Substitute Teacher for Anne Arundel County Schools. She enjoyed volunteer work for Presbyterian Home in Towson and loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her son, Steven R. Mainhart of Arnold and her daughter, Catherine A. Jubb of Arnold, four grandchildren Andrew and Douglas Mainhart and Amy and Jerry Jubb. She was also survived by her brother, Howard W. "Bud" Kerr, Jr. of Bowie

Friends may visit on Tuesday, June 2nd, from 3-5 and 7-9pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 3rd, at 10:00am.
