George Nicholas Fach, 90, a resident of Severna Park, passed away on October 31, 2021, at his home.

He was born on January 30, 1931 in Steubenville, OH and was raised in Wintersville, OH and graduated from Steubenville High School. He served in the military from 1948-1952. Nick previously lived in Hopewell Junction, NY; Ridgefield, CT; and Burlington, VT.

Nick was a Vice President and General Manager for Cummins-Hart Construction Company before starting West Park Equipment in 1988. He was a member of the Severna Park Elks. His interests were flying small aircraft, cruising the Chesapeake, and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne Fellows Fach, whom he married in 1951; his daughter, Nickianne Fach Carr; his son George Skip Fach; and his sister, Judy Cavanaugh.

He is survived by his son, Douglas Fach of Bowie, MD; one sister, Donna Della Penna of Wintersville, OH; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 6, 2021 at 4:00pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A. 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146.
