Genevieve Jacomini
Genevieve "Cass" Jacomini (nee: Casemento), 87, a resident of Severna Park died of natural causes at her home on June 2, 2008.
Mrs. Jacomini was born on May 30, 1921 in Jamestown, NY, where she was also raised. Mrs. Jacomini volunteered in area hospitals during WW II. She married her husband, Omar J. Jacomini in 1957.
Mrs. Jacomini worked as a real estate agent in Severna Park for over 15 years. She was a longstanding member of Chartwell Golf and Country Club, winning many awards for tennis and golf. Mrs. Jacomini was well known for playing the accordion, organ and kazoo.
Mrs. Jacomini is survived by her husband of 50 years, Omar J. Jacomini of Severna Park; her son, Peter Jacomini; daughter in law, Connie Jacomini; and two grandsons, Kevin and Dean Jacomini, all of Gilbert, AZ.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Guide Dogs for the Blind P.O. Box 3950 San Rafael, CA 94912. Arrangements are by Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home.
