Garland Ray Jordan, 82, of Annapolis, Maryland, passed away on July 28, 2025.

Garland Ray Jordan, who only liked to be called Ray was born February 19, 1943, in Baltimore, MD. He graduated from Westminster High School and attended business school in Baltimore. Ray served in the National Guard and was the proud owner of a successful flooring business.

Ray enjoyed being out on the water especially boating with his friends, he also enjoyed just getting in his car and driving. He had a larger-than-life personality that lit up every room.

Ray is survived by his wife MaryAnn Jordan, daughter Jennifer Ray Jordan of SC, sister Judy Jordan of MD, brother B. Dale Jordan of MD, nephews Tommy Mullany of DE, Brian Mullaney of FL and Michael Mullaney of MD. Niece Kimberely Mullaney of MD. Predeceased by his sister Shirley Mullaney.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for his sense of humor, kindness and free-spirited nature.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 23, 2025 at 11:30am at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care,P.A. 495 Ritchie hwy Severna Park, MD 21146.
