Gail Hamilton Reid of Arnold, age 62, died peacefully at Anne Arundel Medical Center on October 7, 2011. She was born on February 7, 1949 in Osaka, Japan to Robert Hamilton and the late Janet Hamilton. Gail attended Ursinus College in Pennsylvania and later received a paralegal degree from the University of Maryland. After moving to Arnold, Maryland in 1975 she went on to start and run her own business, Bay Country Crafters, for over 25 years.

Gail was an avid reader and crafter and also loved going to Delaware with her friends. Although, her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, grandchildren, and her two, much-loved, ragdoll cats. .

She is survived by her Father, Col.(Ret) Robert Hamilton, her sister and brother in law, Robin (Hamilton) and John Agnoli, her daughter and son in law Christine (Reid) and Robert Coulson, Jr. and three grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are welcome at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146 on Tuesday October 11, 2011 from 4 – 7 pm.
