Frederick J. "Freddy" Warren, 60, of Arnold, passed away on September 30, 2016 after a lengthy illness.

Freddy was born in Catonsville Junction on December 26, 1955 to June Goode Warren and Roger Taylor Warren, Jr. He graduated from Severna Park High School in 1974 and went to work for his grandparent's marina, Ferry Point Yacht Basin, until it was sold in 1994. After that, he worked at several miscellaneous jobs.

In 2005, Freddy moved in with his sister and her husband along with his cat, "Lucky" and dog, "Bruno". There he resided until May 2014 when he had a stroke that rendered him helpless and has spent his remaining time at Genesis Waugh Chapel Center.

He is survived by his devoted and loving sister, Kerin Lynn Warren Martin and her husband, Harry; his nephew, David Allison Simmons II and his wife Serena and two girls, Liliana and Isabella; as well as, relatives too many to mention.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on Monday, October 10th from 5-8 p.m. at the Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy.

In lieu of flowers, Freddy requested contributions to be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake. The family will be eternally grateful to Mrs. Nancy Koch who went above and beyond to help with his care.
