Frank A. Sarchiapone, Sr., 64, of Arnold, Maryland passed away peacefully at his son's
home Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2013 with his immediate family by his side.

Frank was born on July 7, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland and was the eldest of 10 children.
Frank graduated from Poly High School and immediately enlisted into the United States
Navy where he served in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged due to his
outstanding active duty. Frank attended RETS Technical Center in Baltimore, MD where
he received a degree in Electrical Engineering which he applied during his 25 year career
at Verizon Communications as a Engineering Assistant before he retired in December of 2012.

Frank loved his job, listening to music, playing sports and cheering for Navy to beat
Army. However the most important thing to him was spending time with his wife and family. Frank especially enjoyed going to the movies and out to dinner with his wife, eating crabs at his son's house, cheering for the Baltimore Orioles and Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens with his sons and father-in-law, family vacations at Ocean City, watching his grandson's play sports and holding his granddaughter's hand.

Frank is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years Cathy A Sarchiapone, his two sons
Frank A. Sarchiapone, Jr, and Shane D. Sarchiapone, his daughter-in-law Andrea M. Sarchiapone, along with his three adored grandchildren Troy, Ty and Natalie Sarchiapone.

Family and friends may visit on Thursday May 30, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8:00 PM at the Barranco & Son's P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146.

Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 10:00 AM in the St. Andrew by the Bay Catholic Church 701 College Pkwy. Annapolis, MD 21409. Interment in Lakemont Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Davidsonville, MD.
