Francis Lee
Francis Lee, 67, a 24-year Severna Park resident, died of heart failure at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie on Aug. 27.
Mr. Lee was born on May 15, 1940, in Baltimore and spent his youth there. He married Jo Ann Scanlon and lived in the Woodlawn area of Baltimore until moving to Glen Burnie in 1984 and then to Severna Park.
He retired as an engineer technician for Northrop Grumman, formerly Westinghouse, after 31 years. He served in the Air Force in the 1960s.
His interests included working on his computer and electronics.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Lee; one son, Christopher Francis Lee of Annapolis; one daughter, Dawn Renee Lowe of Gainesville, Fla.; his mother, Daisy Lee of Baltimore; two sisters, Sarah Lee of New York and Evelyn O'Brien of Owings Mills; and two brothers, Marshall Lee of Ellicott City and Edmond Lee of Rockville.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. tomorrow followed by the funeral at Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Highway. Burial will follow in Maryland Veterans Cemetery, 1122 Sunrise Beach Road, Crownsville.
