Frances B. Kenny Clarke, 86, of Severna Park passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 1 st at her home surrounded by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and sister. Clarke was born to Walter and Elizabeth (Ella) Cegelski in Baltimore, MD on December 1, 1934. Clarke spent her golden year's caregiving for her beloved grandchildren and making memories to last a lifetime. As the matriarch of a large Polish family, she spent her time hosting family gatherings around her pool, celebrating birthdays and holidays at her home and enjoying the views of the Severn River as the guardian of her cherished Pine Point.
Clarke is preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas J. Kenny, Sr. (1974) and Ralph W. Clarke, Jr. (2014). She leaves behind her dearly loved four children, Thomas, Jr., Darlene (Wayne) Martin, Bernard (Parrish) Kenny, John (Monica) Kenny. She is also mourned by her adored grandchildren Jillian (Jonathan) Beam, Erika (Caleb) Baumann, Thomas (Nan) Kenny, Karleigh Kenny, Austin Kenny and John Kenny, Jr., as well as her treasured great-grandchildren Kennedy and Hannah Beam and Delaney and Dean Baumann. She is also survived by her sister, Jeannette Brigerman and sister-in-law Dolores (Gilbert) Brown in addition to many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A., 495 Ritchie Highway Severna Park, MD 21146. The family requests that anyone attending to please wear purple, if you are able, in memory of Frances. The Memorial service will be private, but will be livestreamed on the funeral home facebook page for those who would like to virtually attend on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 10am at: https://www.facebook.com/160135910674940/videos/3647624018680735
Burial to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 7231 Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie, MD, 21061. There will be a celebration of life on Thursday from 2pm-6pm at the American Legion Post 175- 832 Manhattan Beach Rd in Severna Park.

Visitations at the Funeral Home is limited to 60 people at any one time . Our staff will monitor attendance and assist visitors if there is a wait to enter the funeral home. For everyone's safety inside the Funeral Home masks must be worn that cover both the nose and the mouth.
