Frances Elizabeth Deitz, 79, of Pasadena, died of kidney failure May 11 at home after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Deitz was born Jan. 1, 1926, and raised in Baltimore. She married Gordon James Deitz in 1945 and lived in Baltimore until moving to Pasadena in 1958. Her husband died in 2003.
A homemaker, she enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters.
Also surviving are one son, Guy Stephen Deitz of Glen Burnie, and one brother, Jim Griffin of Baltimore. Another son, Gordon James Deitz Jr., died in 1965.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow at Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie. Arrangements are by Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home. Visit www. barrancofuneralhome.com.
