Florine B. Mauk "Flo" "Floss", 82, a 50 year resident of Arnold, died suddenly in Wasilla, Alaska, of natural causes on August 23, 2014.
She was born September 16, 1931 in Penns Creek, PA, 1 of 4 sisters, the daughter of John and Hildred Berger. She is survived by her 5 children, Linda Mauk of Mountain Home, Texas, Luke William Mauk of Wasilla, Alaska, Roxanne Mauk of Arnold, Wanda Andrews of Hurlock, and Charlene Antkowiak of Arnold; 8 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. She worked at Rite Aid for 30 years. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and Aunt. She was dearly loved. She was the heart of her family. She was preceded in death by her husband Luke Mauk, Jr. and granddaughter, Jessica Lee Hodges.
Family and friends may visit on Saturday, September 6, 2014 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm at Chesapeake Christian Center, 206 Weston Woods Drive, in Pasadena, where a Funeral Service will begin at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Chesapeake Christian Center, 206 Weston Woods Drive, Pasadena, MD 21122.
