Florence E. Roberts, 83, of Severna Park, died of natural causes Feb. 16 at North Arundel Hospital after a brief illness.
Born Feb. 13, 1922, and reared in Moscow, Pa., Mrs. Roberts was the owner and operator of Hooks Shelter Deck Bar from 1955 to 1965.
Among her interests were sewing, crocheting, knitting, gardening and creating stained glass and ceramic works of art.
She was married to William Williams, who died in 1962, and to John P. Roberts, who died in 1976.
Surviving are two daughters, Joan Berning of Severna Park and Shirley Lindsey of Timonium; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services and burial are private. Arrangements are by Barranco and Sons Severna Park Funeral Home.
