Fern Norma Beauchamp (Nee Lowman), age 97, of Severna Park, Maryland, was called home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2017. Fern Norma was born on September 26, 1919 in the Brooklyn Section of Baltimore. She lived in Brooklyn Park and Severna Park for all but 4 years of her life. She considered herself an Anne Arundel County Native. She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Melvin George Jansen; her husband of 20 years, Enoch Delford Beauchamp; her parents, Roland and Fern Lowman; sister in law, Dorothy Virginia Lowman; two brothers, Carroll Roland and Aubrey Lee Lowman; late nephews, Robert Lee Lowman, Aubrey Lee Lowman, and Roland Louis Lowman.

She is survived by her sister Marion Naomi Dorr and her brother, Judge Donald Morris Lowman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

Friends may visit on Tuesday January 10, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8:00pm at the Barranco & Sons, P.A Severna Park Funeral Home 495 Ritchie hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11:00am on Wednesday January 11, 2017.
