Elsie B. Evans, 84, loving and devoted mother to her four children and resident of Millersville, Maryland since 1962 died Nov. 17 ^th , 2016. Elsie was born Nov. 25 ^th , 1931 in Waverly, Maryland to her parents William and Myrtle (nee Scott) Bull.

Elsie is proceeded in death by her two brothers, John "Jack" Bull and Robert "Bob" Bull.

Elsie is survived by her four children John R. Evans (Carrie), Michael A. Evans, Diane Melton (Jim), and Terri Murray (Tracy). Elsie is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service / Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 10 ^th , 2016 at 2:00pm at Christ Lutheran Church, 8249 Jumpers Hole Rd, Millersville, MD 21108, followed by lunch in the fellowship hall.
