Elizabeth Ann Perry (Betty), 75, of Arnold and formerly of Severna Park, died peacefully at Anne Arundel Medical Center on May 18 surrounded by her beloved family after a lengthy battle with heart disease.

Betty was born September 28, 1936 in Baltimore. She grew up in Baltimore, attended Shrine of the Little Flower, and Catholic High School. Betty moved with her family to Severna Park in 1967 where she raised her three children and worked for Farmers National Bank. In 1977, Betty married the love of her life, Richard Perry, and was married for 33 years before his death in 2008.

Betty enjoyed the times with her family, trips to Dover with her friends, and working in her most beautiful yard and many gardens.

Betty is survived by her three children, Kim Spinelli of Glen Burnie and her husband, Kenny Spinelli, Laurie Mahrer Ferguson of Denton and John Milone, and Michael Mahrer of San Diego, CA; five grandchildren, Sarah Ferguson Mangos of Arnold and her husband George Mangos, Ryan Ferguson of Annapolis, Nickki Mahrer Talhouk, Maggie Mahrer and Tommy Mahrer, all of Coronado, CA; three great grandchildren; and her niece, Staci Haman of Pasadena.

Betty's memorial visitation will be held from from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.,with a memorial service to follow, on Sunday, May 20, at Barranco's & Sons Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy., Severna Park.
