Elizabeth "Lily" Miller, 91, passed away peacefully June 21, 2022. Lily was born September 29, 1930 in Portadown, Northern Ireland. Growing up in Northern Ireland, she was an Irish Linen Weaver until she met her husband, Lon J. (deceased 2003). She married Lon in 1954 at St. Mark's Church in Northern Ireland. Lily was a devoted military wife living in Aberdeen, MD and Germany before her family settled in Annapolis, Maryland. She was an avid bargain shopper and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and family get-togethers at her home. She spent time sharing stories of her childhood with her grandchildren and enjoyed every moment with them.

She is survived by her three children, Edward Lee Miller (Elizabeth), Lon Thomas Miller (Pat) and Elizabeth Colleen Mellies (Neil), brother-in-law, Bill Miller (Renee), 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother Elizabeth and father Peter Foy, sisters, Minnie and Catherine, brother Edward and great-grandson, David Edward Frederick.

Family and friends may visit on Tuesday June 28, 2022 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and 6:00pm-8:00pm at Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care, P.A. 495 Ritchie Hwy. Severna Park, MD 21146. Services will be held on Wednesday June 29, 2022 at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery.
