Elizabeth "Betty" Jane Jackson, 85, a resident of Severna Park, passed away of natural causes at her home on June 19, 2016.
She was born on July 10, 1930 in Germantown, PA, where she was raised and previously lived in Greensboro, NC from 1961-1967, until she resided in Severna Park for the past 49 years.
Betty was a homemaker and wonderful mother.
She was an avid reader and loved spending time in Bethany Beach at her Sea Colony Condominium.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Charles (Charlie) Jackson who passed away February 16th of this year. They are once again happily together.
She is survived by her children, Keith (Brenda) of Pasadena, Bob (Pattie) of Livingston, NJ; Ray (Cindy) of Severna Park, and Jill of Severna Park; nine grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 2-4 pm at Barranco & Sons, P.A. Severna Park Funeral Home, 495 Ritchie Hwy, in Severna Park. A Memorial Service will begin at 3:00 pm during the visitation. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 90 Ritchie Hwy, Pasadena, MD 21122.
